Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the new shipping label over the old one, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Our team will inspect the returned garments within 5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
